Dario Tironi was born in Bergamo in 1980.
He graduated with highest honors in Sculpture from the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan in 2006.
His work traces the past while looking toward the future. Fragmentation is a fundamental element of his artistic practice, where discarded materials become raw matter to be reshaped an untouched terrain to explore through infinite possible combinations.
The elements in his works are memory traces recovered from the present, viewed through a contemporary lens artifacts of a past already surpassed by the relentless pace of innovation.
