My research focuses primarily on sculpture, immersive installations, and drawing. I work with various materials, including ceramics, synthetic materials, metals, graphite, and light, employing different techniques. My main references come from the scientific and biological fields, spirituality, philosophy, architectural history, and alchemy.
Through the study of these areas, I seek to investigate the relationships between nature, magic, and cosmic narratives. This results in an imaginary world composed of alternative organisms and environments, constantly balancing between what is accepted as real and a dimension of otherness. I am fascinated by the idea of creating mysterious entities that evade the logic of complete rationality.
These scenarios, both unrealistic yet plausible, perceivable yet not entirely recognizable, exist within a reality of verisimilitude. They are three-dimensional expressions of an interest in establishing a connection between different mental models, making physical those concepts that exist in an intermediate state between the rationalism of the mind and the intuitiveness of the soul.
Ultimately, I seek to explore reality through the study of matter and attempt to understand matter through the study of reality.
